Silhouettes By Hand has been an annual guest artist at the "Civil War Remembrance" (ca.1860s) every May, but this is the first visit to "Holiday Nights". Celebrating the holiday season and holiday times of past decades, Lauren Muney, your silhouette artist, will be dressed in ca.1917 clothing as a new resurgence of silhouette interest enters pre-WWI America.

Start or continue a family silhouettes tradition - Silhouettes can become an annual gift tradition in your household as well as the households of your friends and relatives. Many families have silhouettes cut every year to notice the charming changes in their children’s growth, and to give as gifts.

You have an opportunity to SKIP THE LINE to choose your favorite silhouette appointment time, and PRE-PAY so you don't have to take out your wallet. See below to schedule your perfect time.

An unusual gift to a friend or loved one:

If you want to give a nostalgic and traditional gift to a loved one or friend, you can pre-pay for their silhouettes too! This especially works well if they are attending Holiday Nights with you - pay in advance for their appointment(s) and watch the surprised smiles happen!

No appointment? It’s ok!

You do not have to make an appointment to have your silhouette made! Walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, as time allows. While making an appointment is highly recommended to ensure you get to your dinners and/or Santa visits on time, proclaim your liberty to be free from the constraints of a watch. (However, no promises are made about waiting lines or time. Doors closing promptly when the Village closes to guests).

Frames and mats

As with many of Silhouettes By Hand appearances, a limited number of unusual frames and mats will be available for sale at the Silhouettes location. Frame styles and prices will vary. (Extra fee for frame or mat, paid on site). If you want a different frame or mat style, please make plans to purchase frames at a regular store. Your silhouettes will be mounted on a 5x7 cardstock, ready for framing.
