Silhouettes By Hand will be learning more about heritage and historic trades and skills at the Skills and Trades Expo, with the Mountain-Plains region of ALHFAM and the Texas Living History Association. The entire focus of the Skills and Trades Exposition is the hands-on approach to learning history. Participants experience 19th century farming, paper printing, cotton production, train and railroading, crop cultivation, animal husbandry, and more. Complete with a Calico Ball, Farm Hands lunch, and other historical experiences, participants will exit with a well-rounded appreciation of skills in the 19th century.
